Booking and Payment

Making a provisional booking

Please download a general booking form and return it completed and signed to Patrick Syder Travel with a deposit cheque or bank transfer of £250.00 per person. Please note that by signing the booking form you agree that you have read and understood the booking conditions and accept them on behalf of yourself and all other guests included on the form.

Booking acknowledgement

Receipt of your booking form and deposit will be acknowledged by post with practical information notes about the specific tour and a detailed itinerary. Once the tour has reached the minimum bookings required, generally six, you will need to purchase your flight. Patrick Syder Travel’s preferred ATOL protected flight agent is FLIGHT CENTRE UK Ltd and you will have the option to buy your flight from them by debit or credit card. Alternatively there is the option to book your own flight preference and arrive independently at the joining hotel of the tour. Finally you will receive a Land Tour balance invoice payable to Patrick Syder Travel, that comes due for payment eight weeks prior to departure. Tour documentation is issued up to two weeks prior to our departure.
